Chad Hilweh, Owner and General Contractor, has over 15+ years of experience in the construction industry and has lived in Oahu for over 34 years. He has managed and self-performed various construction and design build projects including remodeling and ground-up development of residential homes and commercial buildings.
Credentials: Lead Certified, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.
Education: Bachelors of Science, University of Manoa
Hometown: Kaaawa, Hawaii

Liana Hilweh
Co-Founder/Accounting
Liana is a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in accounting and tax industry since 2007. She has served as a Corporate Controller for a large construction company in Tacoma, WA and was the Managing Director at Hawaii Accounting LLC for over 5 years.
At Hilweh Builders, Liana helps drive customer success by ensuring projects stay on budget – bringing confidence to customers knowing that communication and accurate figures are at top of our priority list.
Liana is also an integral part of our website, social media and marketing.
FUN FACT: Chad and Liana have two young children and love spending time outdoors. When they aren't focused on their family business, they are outside enjoying the park or beach.

Bathroom Remodel: 1 to 5 weeks
Kitchen Remodel: 3 to 8 weeks
Stairs, Decks, Railings: 2 to 4 weeks
Complete Home Remodel: 3 to 12 months

Mid-range remodel: $15,000 - $30,000
Luxury remodel: $35,000 - $50,000 or more

Minor refresh: $10,000 - $25,000
Mid-range remodel: $32,500 - $52,500
Luxury remodel: $37,500 - $75,000 or more

Deck Replacement: $10,750 - $37,500

He took out my rusty bathtub and replaced it with a walk in shower, he repainted the bathroom, change my low flow toilet to a Standard toilet, he replaced the vanity and put in a medicine cabinet, installed new lighting and retiled the floor.
