Chad and Liana Hilweh are the husband-and-wife team behind Hilweh Builders, a family-owned, licensed general contracting company based in Kāneʻohe and serving homeowners across Oʻahu. Chad, a licensed contractor with over 15 years of local construction experience, specializes in residential remodeling, outdoor living spaces, and high-quality carpentry, while Liana, a CPA, manages operations, finances, and client experience. His professional and exceptional work is astonishing. He took out my rusty bathtub and replaced it with a walk in shower, he repainted the bathroom, change my low flow toilet to a Standard toilet, he replaced the vanity and put in a medicine cabinet, installed new lighting and retiled the floor.
