Chad Hilweh, Owner and General Contractor, has over 15+ years of experience in the construction industry and has lived in Oahu for over 34 years. He has managed and self-performed various construction and design build projects including remodeling and ground-up development of residential homes and commercial buildings. 

 

Credentials: Lead Certified, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, Licensed, Bonded, and Insured.

 

Education: Bachelors of Science, University of Manoa

When I started Hilweh Builders, I wanted to change this so I keep it simple - I tell the truth. Does this mean I lose jobs? Yes, absolutely. Because I don’t bid unusually low and hit homeowners hard with change orders just to win the job or cut corners. Instead, I speak honestly. I believe that by being honest and transparent that the right customers will value our services and hire us to do the job.”

Liana is a Certified Public Accountant and has been involved in accounting and tax industry since 2007. She developed skills working as a Tax Manager at Moss Adams LLP in Washington State. She also has served as a Corporate Controller for a large construction company and was the Managing Director at Hawaii Accounting LLC for over 5 years.

 

At Hilweh Builders, Liana helps drive customer success by ensuring projects stay on budget – bringing confidence to customers knowing that communication and accurate figures are at top of our priority list.
