10-STEP CUSTOMER PROCESS

1. Free Consultation:

• Start with a personalized phone consultation or meeting to discuss your project vision.

• Introduce our company, approach, and establish a connection.

• Confirm mutual alignment to ensure we're the right fit for your needs.

 

2. Onsite Visit:

• Schedule an onsite visit for an in-depth discussion of your goals. Note that a site visit fee may apply and can be applied towards the final contract price. 

• Determine scope of services for estimate.

• Discuss options for design/build and including a designer or architect based on the complexity of your projects.

 

3. Estimate:

• Most estimates are free, but in some cases, there may be a charge.

• Approve the estimate and confirm commitment with a deposit or for larger projects, a Preconstruction Services Agreement.

• The deposit is partially or fully credited towards the final contract price.

 

4. Preconstruction Services:

• Finalize material selections and design.

• Finalize subcontractor selections.

• Finalize coordination with architects and designers, if applicable.

• Finalize contract detailing scope of services, materials, design, timing, payment schedule and contract price.

• Guide you through the contract, addressing questions or concerns.

 

5. Plan:

• Engage in detailed planning, considering parking, work schedule, and any specific requirements.

• Ensure a holistic approach aligning with everyone's vision.

 

6. Demo:

• Conduct careful and precise demolition.

• Prioritize safety, minimize disruption, and responsibly dispose of materials.

• Provide family-safe building practices such as dust barriers, protection, and follow safety procedures as needed.

 

7. Build:

• Implement the detailed plan with a focus on quality control.

• Provide regular updates and maintain transparent communication.

• Uphold professionalism and leave the workspace clean daily.

 

8. Complete:

• Thoroughly inspect every aspect of the project for exceptional results.

• Conduct a comprehensive punch list and walkthrough to perfect every detail.

• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

 

9. Workmanship Warranty:

• We offer a standard 90-day workmanship warranty for quality assurance. For larger projects, we offer a one-year workmanship labor warranty. Inquire for more information.

 

10. Ongoing Communication:

• Remain a resource for questions or needs post-project completion.

• Foster ongoing communication and support for lasting satisfaction.
