Construction Helper

 

Hilweh Builders is hiring a Construction General Helper to support residential remodeling and deck projects across Oahu. This entry-level position offers on-the-job training, competitive pay ($15–$20/hr), growth opportunities, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off. Build your skills alongside experienced carpenters and a licensed contractor in a supportive, local, family-owned company.

Experienced Carpenter

 

Hilweh Builders is hiring a full-time carpenter to join our team on residential and light commercial projects throughout Oʻahu. This role involves hands-on carpentry work, including framing, finish work, and remodeling. We’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and ready to grow with a local, family-owned general contracting business.

Subcontractor Carpenter

 

Hilweh Builders is seeking skilled subcontractor carpenters to assist with residential and light commercial construction projects across Oʻahu. As an independent contractor, you’ll provide labor-only services, set your own rates, and choose which jobs to accept. General liability insurance is required.
